I know how hard it it with neighbors. Been there done that, as they say. You hate to start a war with people and lord knows that if they are that inconsiderate to begin with they can turn into real shits once you complain. And yet you can't live with it either. Sorry to hear about the slashed tire. That's just ridiculous. A person should be able to live in peace if you haven't done anything to someone else. We have some hooligans running around here too. They are using BB guns to shoot out windows on cars and businesses. I live in a weird 3 town thing divided by a river. It should be one town but it grew on both sides of the Platte River and so these towns have always kept their govts apart. Anyway, 40 cars damaged south and 30 in the town I live in. Its probably teenage idiots who think this shit is funny. So far, I live on a quiet street that doesn't get the traffic, so my car has been OK. But you never know! Feel better. Thinking of you. Be safe and don't hesitate to fight back if it gets dangerous. I worry about that sort of thing when your neighborhood goes to hell!
